Super Pro

Tim Roberts scored the $1500 first place prize money over Nick Carr in the Shaun Bradwell Memorial Super Pro race. Nick ran closer to his 6.58 dial-in, 6.596 at 104.38 mph, but could not hold off Tim's R.T. advantage. Tim dialed in at a 4.84 and drove to a .029-over, 4.869 at 129.55 mph to score the win by a comfortable .023 m.o.v.

Pro MX

The juggernaught continues as Kevin Sutliffe scored the Pro MX win over Brandon McCombie when he grabbed a substantial .009 to .076 reaction time lead and powered to a 5.529 at 122.85 mph pass on his 5.50 dial-in. Street Money

In the Street Money final, Rick Vose scored his second win of the day when Bill Coon fouled out in his '84 Camaro. Bill got the head start with his 9.68 dial-in, but his too-quick -.104 foul, ended any chance for the win. Rick would have been difficult to beat as he posted a .037 reaction and drove to a 7.363 at 92.17 mph on his 7.35 dial-in for the win. Bill drove to a 9.603 at 71.84 mph on his 9.68 dial-in.

Bill did score a red-light win over multi-championship winning Steve English in the semifinals, while Rick had a free pass where he drove to a 7.346 on his 7.35 dial-in.

Modified

The Modified final saw Jeremy Wise clearly experience a mechanical issue on the line and was unable to launch on his 8.39 head start over Dave Miller. Dave didn't lay off on the line as he still hit the tree with a .049 reaction, but wisely got out of the throttle and coasted to a 6.537 at 90.32 mph for the win light. Jeremy eventually got down track for his runner-up finish.

In the semis, Dave scored the win over Ron Bixby winning both ends of the track, while Jeremy cut a solid .010 reaction in his solo pass to the finals.

Street Trophy

Tim Patterson capitalized on his first final round of the season and defeated M. Reed in the Street Trophy final. Tim held a comfortable, .073 to .151 reaction time cushion which pushed "M." into breaking out of his 7.55 dial-in with a 7.540 at 94.56 mph pass. Tim dialed his Mustang in at an 8.37 and drove to a 8.507 at 81.98 mph run to score the win light.

Bike/Sled Trophy

With one win already under her belt, Hayley Feher is quickly becoming a threat to the entire bike/sled grid since she parked her Crossfire sled and mounted her '08 Suzuki drag bike. Hayley cut a .000 reaction in time trials then slapped a .007 to .089 holeshot over point leader Kevin Sutliffe in their Bike/Sled final showdown. With just a .100 dial-in head start, 5.59 to 5.49, Hayley's 5.610 at 122.47 mph was all she needed to lock in her second B/S win of the season. Kevin has been the King of the Hill so far this season, but his 5.512 at 126.07 mph pass wasn't enough to close the R.T. deficit and settled for the runner-up finish.

In the semis, Kevin defeated Kevin Wuest in a close match, while Hayley overcame a slight R.T. deficit to Brandon McCombie and won with a .006-over 5.506 at 126.36 mph pass to advance.

Jr.Dragster

In what was to be the closest final of the day, Kayla Caruana got some payback from her July 21 loss to Austin Abel and scored the Jr. Dragster win by a razor-slim, .001 margin of victory. Austin cut a stellar .004 reaction, but fell off his 7.90 dial-in with a 7.944 at 882.27 mph opening the door for Kayla to nip him at the finish line. Kayla drove to a winning 7.920 at 81.51 mph on her 7.90 dial-in.

Girls Gone Racing

Jenna Lipke hasn't been behind the wheel on a fulltime basis for a while, but her win over Hayley Feher showed no signs of rust as she drilled the tree with an outstanding, .009 reaction and drove to a winning 7.193 at 93.65 mph to score the Girls Gone Racing 2024 title. Hayley was .017 away from a probable win, but that .017 was on the negative side of the tree. Hayley ran an outstanding 5.611 at 124.65 mph on her 5.60 dial, but had to settle for the runner-up finish. Rebecka Shaw bowed out to Jenna in the semis, while Hayley ended Christianna Hubbard's day in the other semifinal match.
