Summit E.T. Racing Series - September 29

English Doubles Up with Pro & Street Money Wins

Steve English - Pro

September 29 - The Summit Racing E.T. Racing Series resumed on Sunday after a week off for the Bracket Finals in Numidia PA. Reigning Street Money Champion Steve English went bounty hunting on Sunday and jumped up to the Pro class for a crack at the $1,500-to-win purse in a special race honoring recently passed George Cannellos. The Cannellos family joined Steve in the Winner Circle in the photo above. George was the regular pilot of the Dodge Charger R/T running in the Pro division for years at ESTA. He will be sorely missed by all who knew this great man.

Steve went on to defeat rising young gun Tyler BeDell in a double breakout Street Money final to complete is double win weekend. Details of their final round is posted below.
